Abstract

Ä¡¾Æ Àç½Ä ÈÄ ½Ã°£°æ°ú¿¡ µû¸¥ Ä¡¼öÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ ÀçÇ÷°üÈ­¿Í ½Å°æÀçÁö¹èÀÇ º¯È­¸¦ °üÂûÇϱâÀ§ÇØ »ýÈÄ 35ÀÏ µÈ ÈòÁã(Sprague dawley) 56¸¶¸®¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î »ó¾Ç¿ìÃø Á¦1´ë±¸Ä¡¸¦ ¹ßÄ¡ Áï½Ã Àç½ÄÇÑ ÈÄ 1ÀÏ, 2ÀÏ, 3ÀÏ, 1ÁÖ, 2ÁÖ, 4ÁÖ, 6ÁÖ °£°ÝÀ¸·Î Èñ»ý½ÃÄÑ ¸Ô¹°À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Ç÷°üÁ¶¿µ¼ú°ú CGRP¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ ¸é¿ªÁ¶Á÷È­ÇÐÀû¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î °¢±â ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á·ÐÀ» ¾ò¾ú´Ù.
1. ÀçÇ÷°üÈ­¿Í CGRP¸é¿ª¹ÝÀÀ½Å°æ¼¶À¯ÀÇ ÀçÁö¹è´Â Àç½ÄÈÄ 1ÀÏ¿¡¼­ ±Ù½ÉÃø Ä¡¼öÁ¶Á÷¿¡¼­´Â ÀÌ¹Ì ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ³À¸³ª ¿ø½ÉÃøÀº ¹Ì¾àÇß´Ù. Àç½ÄÈÄ 2ÀÏ¿¡ ÀüÄ¡¼öÁ¶Á÷¿¡¼­ ÀçÇ÷°üÈ­¿Í ½Å°æÀçÁö¹è°¡ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ³À¸¸ç ÀÌÈÄ 6ÁÖ±îÁö ½Ã°£°æ°ú¿¡ µû¶ó ºÐÆ÷¹Ðµµ°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ´ëÁ¶±º¿¡ ºñÇؼ­´Â ¾àÇÏ°Ô ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
2. Àç½ÄÈÄ 1ÁÖ¿¡¼­ºÎÅÍ ¼úÈÄ »ó¾ÆÁúÀÌ Çü¼ºµÇ±â ½ÃÀÛÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç Àç½ÄÈÄ 6ÁÖ¿¡¼­´Â ´ëÁ¶±º¿¡ ºñÇØ »ó´ëÀû À¸·Î Ä¡¼ö°­ÀÌ Á¼¾ÆÁø ¾ç»óÀ» º¸¿´´Ù.
3. ÀçÇ÷°üÈ­¿Í ½Å°æÀçÁö¹è´Â °ÅÀÇ °°Àº ½Ã±â¿¡ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁö´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç ¹ÐÁ¢ÇÑ °ü·Ã¼ºÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î º¸ÀδÙ.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the revascularization and reinnervation of calcitonin gene-related peptide immunoreactive nerves in immediately replanted rat molars.
First maxillary right molars in 56 rats(35days old) were extracted and immediately replant-ed. The rats were killed 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 28 and 42 days after replantation and revascularization of pulpal blood vessels were examined microangiogram with korean traditional ink and reinnervation of pulpal nerve were examined immunohistochemical method using calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) antiserum.
The results were as follows
1. Revascularization and reinnervation of CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers were observed mesial side whole pulp tissue of replanted teeth. Revascularization and reinnervation of CGRP immunoreactive fiber were made at 2days after replantation in entire pulp of replanted teeth and the distribution density of blood vessels were gradually increased according time elapsed, but did not achieve the density of control.
2. Postoperative dentin formation in replanted teeth revealed at lweek after replantaton and gradually increased according to time elapsed.
3. Revascularization and Reinnervation of CGRP immunoreactive nerve fibers were established at the same time and it seems to be closed relatationship between revascularization and reinnervation.
